We spent a few perfectly sunny days at the beach in New Jersey with my parents. We returned to a motel we had previously stayed at in 2011 before Hurricane Sandy hit in 2012. It was a wonderful time of relaxing in the pool during the morning hours when everything was quiet and heading to the beach after dinner when the sun was mostly spent and the beach mostly empty.
It looks like Kate loves the beach! So sweet....
ReplyDeleteThat is pretty much the perfect mama-vacation. No cooking, no laundry - and lots of outdoor fun (also known as, mommy reading by the pool). I love it. We're coming next year.
