As I continue to search out biblical views on the various positions and issues of the study of the earth and the universe, I found an article linked below by Sonlight to be an encouragement that we can study science and adhere to the Bible without compromising in either area. For years I have distanced myself from the mainstream young-earth creationist materials and have viewed them with almost the same amount of skepticism as I hold for the prevailing view of evolutionary naturalism. Homeschooling our son and picking books and curriculum to study is forcing me to continue to search for biblical answers even if I find them in the less popular avenues of Christendom.
