A great list! I read "The Fat Fallacy" years ago and started including full fat foods in our diet back then ( I did lose weight when I limited my portion sizes.)
ReplyDeleteI'm so glad the whole low-fat craze is on its way out. :) Turns out most of our family can't tolerate dairy though so I have had to say goodbye to butter and whipped cream (wah!)
I'm a big believer in whole foods and the more natural the better. I do wish we could turn the clock back a few hundred years and change our food systems so that local, fresh and organic foods were available to everyone.
